Paid Social Manager.

We're looking for an ambitious and passionate Paid Social Manager who has experience working within a digital agency and managing large paid social ad campaigns. You will be leading the media planning, ad buying, optimising performance and reporting for key accounts.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 2 years experience in devising the strategy and executing paid ad campaigns across social media platforms

  • Pitching - budget/channel allocation, media plan, attend pitch

  • Ad deployment

  • Reporting

  • Confident in client meetings

  • Highly organised

  • Passionate about digital marketing and social media

  • Expert in optimising social campaigns across multiple campaigns, all channels

  • Data focused

  • Creative in how you use ad tools

  • Used to driving ROI and trackable conversions, not just to boost views

  • Understanding conversion tracking and pixel implementation ● Experience in explaining the paid strategy to clients

  • Works well in teams and thrives under pressure

  • Motivated to run global campaigns out of our London office

  • Enjoyment through proficient reporting

  • Educated to a degree level or equivalent

  • Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills

  • Happy to go above and beyond

Responsibilities

  • Being responsible for the day-to-day paid media management of a portfolio of client accounts ● Working on proposals for prospective clients by identifying the strategy for each brand and their target audience

  • Taking responsibility for ensuring numerous KPIs are hit and paid media campaigns are delivered

  • Overseeing and managing large budgets on multiple social campaigns

  • Reporting on campaigns and liaising with account managers to ensure the client is happy with the results

  • Preparing paid social strategy for our clients and executing the campaigns

  • Scaling client spend and increasing ROI

  • Day-to-day running of client social ad campaigns

  • Organising delivery of client campaigns, both directly with the client and internally with our Content and Marketing teams

  • Sending through regular performance reports

  • Producing and presenting internal campaign reports to ensure we’re continually improving campaign performance

  • Taking an active involvement in new business pitching and preparation

  • Managing the strategic and longer term planning of client accounts
