Account Executive.
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Account Executive to join our Account Management team. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for the strategic development of our output across the accounts you are managing. As well as the strategic output, you will be responsible for client communication and internal project management. You will be expected to build relationships with clients and ensure the brand is succeeding.

Who are you?
Strong knowledge of social media platforms (YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Tik Tok, Snapchat with LinkedIn knowledge a bonus)
At least 2 years’ relevant industry experience
Strategic understanding of the digital media landscape
Excellent organisational & project management skills: the ability to stay on top of multiple, potentially complex, projects, assisting with timing and resourcing plans
Prioritisation and delegation skills: the ability to continuously assess and adjust competing priorities, and to know when to delegate up, down or across the team to manage your workload
Top-notch client management skills: the ability to cultivate great relationships
The ability to communicate confidently, clearly and persuasively in all forms, whether writing a tricky email or presenting our recommendations to a group of clients
Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to use your empathy and enthusiasm to bring teams together, spot potential issues, and charm your way to the finish line!
Be able to understand and interrogate client marketing strategies, thinking beyond the day-to-day executional detail
Skilled at developing analytical reports and presenting them to clients

Responsibilities
Develop the social strategy for key clients
Continuously monitor and manage your client projects and teams, ensuring they are on track to deliver on time, on budget and on brief
Escalate any concerns as soon as possible
Pitching - insights, competitor analysis, social analysis, attend pitch
Project managing content and paid social teams
Content road map, setting up back end, drive etc
Communicating with client both on an admin level and also building the relationship
Day-to-day management of the client relationship, cultivating a positive, open, trusting partnership with your key clients. Make our clients love us!
Ensure all specialist teams are working together effectively and have the information they need to deliver your projects
Ensure projects are properly resourced, escalating any resourcing issues as appropriate.
Coordinate client reporting, liaising with Insights team to build decks for clients and report on key learnings
