From the shoot to the scroll: production at Noise Media in 2026 to date

Mrs Thortful, AMANO and Brand Your. Three different briefs, connected by production shaped around the brand, the audience and where the work will be seen.
A recurring character. A Covent Garden rooftop. A working bakery. Each asks something different of a production team: build a recognisable world, capture the atmosphere of a place, or bring people closer to a business. Across Noise's production work in 2026 to date, those decisions have shaped the approach. The starting point is the brief, with the eventual viewing experience considered before the cameras come out.
For Thortful, that means finding new stories for an established character. Mrs Thortful gives the brand a familiar face, with room for different situations, performances and payoffs. The August birthday production brief set out several standalone interventions, planned to combine into a modular hero film. Each story needed to make sense on its own while contributing to the bigger piece. Planning them together gives the shoot a clear purpose: capture the individual beats and the connections between them. It also puts the edit into the conversation early, while there is still time to shape what gets filmed.
At AMANO Covent Garden, the focus shifts from character to place. July's photography covered rooms and details alongside lifestyle, restaurants and rooftop imagery, building a broader picture of the hotel experience. The asset bank was planned for both the website and paid social. Those placements ask different things of an image. Someone exploring a hotel website needs enough detail to picture their stay; someone encountering it in a feed needs an immediate reason to look closer. The completed July showcase brings those different views together, giving the hotel a range of ways to introduce itself.
Brand Your's bakery work brings another production challenge: presenting the product with care while keeping the people and their working environment central. The August content plan proposed owner-led testimonials, customer voices, skill challenges and product-focused formats, alongside bakery photography and footage captured for Q3. These ideas offer different ways into a business, from the person behind it to the skill behind the product. The creative balance is between premium presentation and the directness people recognise in their feeds. Framing, detail and pace matter, as does leaving room for a business's own character to come through.
Across these briefs, creative planning, production and post are closely connected. Deciding where the work will appear helps define what needs capturing: a complete story, a sense of place, a telling detail or a voice worth hearing. Those choices guide the shoot and give the edit its direction. The result is a clearer relationship between the original idea and the asset someone eventually sees.
That thinking will carry into the next brief. A character film, hotel image bank and bakery edit each deserve their own approach. The format follows what the brand needs to say, who it needs to reach and where that encounter happens.
"Great production starts with the creative process and having the right team around you to shape and challenge the idea. We're then always thinking about where the content is going to live before we shoot it. A website, a paid ad and an organic social post all need something slightly different, and that affects everything from how we frame a shot to the moments we prioritise and how we approach the edit."
