Senior Digital Analyst

We're looking for a Senior Digital Analyst to ensure the delivery of high quality data solutions spanning strategic consulting, reporting, analysis, research, data science disciplines and marketing activation. You’ll be a key addition to a dynamic team, bringing your experience and analytics skills to drive deeper analysis and data-driven recommendations for our clients.

Key duties and responsibilities

Campaign Strategy

  • Collaborate with internal and external teams in defining campaign objectives and advise on measurement strategies.

  • Advise on relevant KPIs.


Reporting & Data Visualisation

  • Develop custom marketing dashboards for our clients, using reporting tools, such as Excel, Tableau, Google Data Studio or Power BI.

  • Report on key metrics, analysing and interpreting trends and providing actionable insights based on available data.

  • Perform deep-dive conversion analysis to influence conversion optimisation strategies, with solid analytical grounding.


Analytics & Technical

  • Advise on campaign tagging and additional on-site tracking strategies.

  • Use available campaign & first-party (client) datasets to deep-dive and troubleshoot campaign performance.


Communication

  • Collaborate with our commercial team to identify and explore opportunities to cross-sell services and support new client acquisition.

  • Collaborating with the search and social teams to enhance client reporting and performance measurement and conduct detailed analysis work when required.

  • Communicating and presenting to colleagues, senior managers, and clients.

Required skills

  • Knowledge of digital marketing across social, display, and programmatic platforms.

  • Highly experienced working with Google Adwords and other paid search platforms.

  • Highly experienced measuring and analysing online marketing campaigns including: organic and paid search, email, affiliate, display and social.

  • Experience in working with website optimisation tools for A/B and multivariate testing, e.g. Optimizely, Google Website Optimizer, Visual Website Optimizer.

  • Experience using tag management tools such as Tealium.

  • Experience with reporting and data visualisation tools, such as Tableau, Google Analytics, Data Studio, Power BI or other.

  • Advanced Excel.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word and PowerPoint for producing client reports and presentations.

  • Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills.

Desirables

  • You are skilled in using SQL database technologies to join, manipulate and summarise large datasets.

  • You have experience combining large (> 5 million rows) first-party data assets to produce customer/visitor segmentations and drive retargeting recommendations.

  • You have experience in both agency and client-side positions.
